Hi everyone! Welcome ot the first Potions class!
This subject is really tough, but ill try my best to make it more easy to understand. I havent got much rules for you to follow, just the fact that you have to do homeworks, that includes essays and home reading report, practical examinations and graded recitations.
That's all.
Many thanks!

The Rules of Adding and Deducting points:
i add points in homework, practical exams and graded rectitation, depending on the answers and performance. i add extra credits for those who can give additional information for the lessons. i can also exempt the student who will get high marks on the basic quizzes from the final exam. i deduct points for students who havent done their homeworks, also for those who will not follow the instructions during exams.
if i do need for an advice, questions, or comments just feel free to post it here. it will really help me improve myself.
many thanks!

guys, would you mind buying the book, Magical Drafts and Potions. it will come very useful. and usually Potions came hand in hand with Herbology. because the ingredients used in our potions class are learned in the Herbology class.
Introduction to Basic Potions:
Potions are magical liquids created by mixing various ingredients in a cauldron according to very specific rules. These mixtures must usually be drunk to give their magical effect. The ingredients in potions range from the mundane to the bizarre and fantastic, and the procedures for creating some potions can be complicated and time-consuming.
Potions Equipments:
mortar and pestle standard-size cauldron potion-making kit knife
Potion Ingredients:
Potion ingredients are available for student use from the Student Store cupboard. Students also buy their own ingredients as part of their school supplies, and purchase additional materials and refills every year. The Apothecary in Diagon Alley is where many Wizards buy their potion-making supplies.
(P.S. as i said, ill start my first formal lesson on Nov. 22, but i wont require you yet the ingredients and equipments. ill just tell you when.)
Many Thanks!

You can all find them in the Apothecary in Diagon Alley. The book that we will use will be Magical Drafts and Potions. Ask if that book can be found in Flourish and Blotts.
