Prefects can take away points from a house if one of the students does something .....that they think they should get points taken away for...

Yup, but Cho just said Prefects, I'm just making sure... ^_^ I think we should make a password protected board for the teachers to add and remove points - so that Cho's Inbox doesn't get overflowed when there's more members...
